The Bield B&B is a large Victorian house built of sandstone in 1900 overlooking the lovely village of Aberfoyle. We aim to bring our guests a touch of luxury and the opportunity to be provided with true Scottish hospitality and comfort in a calm and serene space. On arrival you are treated to a warm and friendly welcome with tea and shortbread and seen to one of our 3 guest rooms that are furnished and decorated to a high standard with ensuite bathrooms and tea and coffee making facilities.

The large, open and inviting guest lounge has views of the front and rear gardens and an open log fire and is a space available for you to read, watch TV or plan your days in the wonderful Trossachs Area. This is where you will be served a full Scottish breakfast cooked with tasty produce and a deluxe buffet of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and juice. Our aim is to make you feel welcome and ensure your stay as pleasant as possible.

Set in a peaceful location, you are a stone’s throw away from the recently revived village of Aberfoyle with lovely shops that sell artisan products, pubs and other places to enjoy a spot of lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. You are surrounded with wonderful scenery of lochs, glens, hills, waterfalls and hidden paths. The Bield B&B is a welcoming base for you to venture out and explore.

We have tried to keep and restore as many of the property’s period features, decorating the interior with an elegant mix of modern and traditional. There are 2 double rooms and 1 twin room all with private ensuites and are made up to provide our guests with a warm, inviting space with large rooms, big windows, comfortable beds with luxury bedding, complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee and other personal touches. The property also offers our guests peaceful shared spaces in the guest lounge and outside in the garden. Off road parking is available and we are able to provide safe storage for bikes and equipment and guest discounts on many local attractions.
